Stops working after a few months, remote freezes!
Works remotely for a while then has problems. We've had this remote for about 6 months, the first few months were fine but lately it's just gotten frustrating. In the beginning everything worked except for the voice control which was on the original remote, but in recent months the remote seems to have been rebooted. We can only press about 4 buttons before the remote freezes and we have to wait 30 seconds before we can do anything else. It's a nightmare when you have to enter an email login. Buying a Factor remote control is worth it!
