Too easy. The dog will not recognize it as a better bait

I liked the price, but immediately noticed that it is very light. It turned out almost immediately that my dog had trouble finding him when he was splashing around in the water. Dogs have to make noises over a target to find it, and this thing is so light it will float high in the water and just fly away when pushed or shoved. It looks good and can be a good wall hanging or other decoration, but it doesn't work as dog training or play bait. The whistle wasn't included either, but I didn't buy one for that, so it's a trivial issue.
