Review on ShoppinPal by Chris Peck

It's easy to use, I love that it has all of my favorite features (customer reviews, item photos) in one place! The customer service was also really great when we had questions or needed help with our integration into their system. We're still getting used to how everything works but so far they've been super helpful as well as responsive whenever there have been any issues. None at this time - just some minor learning curve bumps along the way. If you are looking for an e-commerce solution without needing tons of resources, then go ahead and give them a try!! They offer multiple payment options which can be useful depending upon your business model/needs. Also if you need more customization than what comes out of the box, don't hesitate to reach out because they will work hard to make sure you get exactly what you want! As mentioned previously, they offered us different ways through customizing payments such as monthly subscriptions rather than using credit card processing fees each month. This allowed us to keep costs low while providing additional flexibility since customers could purchase items online instead of having to come visit a store location. Our sales were up substantially after implementing ShopInpal compared to previous years' numbers prior to implementation. While initially hesitant about integrating another EMR tool into our workflow, once implemented we realized its benefits I like that it has an easy to use interface, which makes setting up my store very simple! The customer service team at Shoppable Pal are amazing as well- they have been incredibly helpful with any questions or issues we've had so far. There isn't anything about this software specifically (at least not yet). It works great though, but all in good time :) We're currently using Shoppable Pal's online payment system only, however their integration services will be available soon too!
