Too sticky on both sides.

Not exactly what I had in mind. The smaller pads are so sticky on both sides that in most cases if he removes a phone from them, for example, he'll pick the whole thing up (due to the fact that it sticks to phones much better than the dashboard plastic). Anyway, I expected this type of product to have traction rather than adhesion. Bigger pads were better (not as sticky)
