Ordered online December 12th, commissioned April 13th and retired August 13th. This DL850 module replaced the DL685 router (older version). Since we have been using it, the processing speed and network has deteriorated significantly, so at times nothing could communicate. I've spent time with TIME WARNER techs (Internet), Motorola techs (modem), and techs (computer hardware) and they all said it should have been this router during the elimination process. DLINK tech support went so far as to assign a tracking number and completely ignored me. Out of desperation I removed this NEW UPGRADE and replaced it with the old DL685 device, everything worked perfectly. Then I've been trying to get on with DLINK support for the past two months as it is today and they can't even reply to the email (6 of them to be exact). If you buy this piece of junk remember you are on your own. no recourse.
