As promised, I'll update the review. I originally gave this product (and not the company) a star, which you will see below. However, the company contacted me and offered a full refund and keep the unsuitable product or resend me a better product if I agreed to update my review. I received a refund and as agreed I am upgrading my customer service from 1 star to 3 BC. I still feel the same way about the product, but the companies themselves definitely want to work with their customers to get it right. In terms of volume this is a good product but as far as fitting my ears and using them on a motorcycle they are useless. So I bought it based on the great reviews. I bought these headphones to replace a pair of headphones I've had for years. I wear headphones when riding my motorbike, listening to music and making phone calls. First, they don't stay in my ears unless I cover them with something. Second, they definitely don't do noise-cancelling for free. I can't make calls like I can on my old cell phone. If you are looking for something just for the home or office they are perfect in terms of sound and I give them 5 stars. But since they are for sports and other activities, one star was the lowest I could give. Otherwise I would have given negative 5 stars. And finally, the battery life is worth nothing and after 3-4 hours of wearing they become very uncomfortable and hurt your ears.
