It would have been five stars if there wasn't one detail. For installation you need an outlet for both hot legs of the service. There are wires for neutral and ground, but for some weird reason there's only a black (or red) wire for the hot side. you need two I need to make a wire to properly connect this device. If they can't provide all leads, there is no point in providing any of them. This is not a serious problem, but a real annoyance that indicates possible poor quality control. In addition, it is well built and should last for many years. I particularly appreciate the plug-ins, which can be easily replaced during operation. BTW, mine came with a flush mount lid as well as a surface mount lid and it looks like they were packaged that way. This detail must be specified in the product description. Now I have to return the one I ordered.
