It felt like the rings on the transfer ports were catching, but after some lubrication and maintenance it flipped and was a bit noisy and unstable at first. After a few rides as well as a hard throttle opening, it was very smooth and quiet. The color of the jar hasn't changed yet, which means the painting on it is excellent. However, the transitions could be a little smoother. But this jug is much smoother than the Zeda 80 jug I have had inside and out. It survived 104 degree weather which is an added plus. Make sure you use a very high quality oil. I personally use castor/synthetic oil. roll 927
