Review on πŸ–οΈ Faber-Castell Pitt Black 8 by Amanda Castillo

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wide range of durable, vibrant felt nibs

I've been using Pitt pens for many years, although I sometimes wish the grays were a different width than the brush nib width, but this is my only one complaints line as a whole. The ink has good adhesion and lasts longer than many markers. As for this particular set, the variety is exceptional! How many wide brush heads do I need? Apparently that's a lot. SB in particular is amazingly fluid and encourages bold, graceful movements when drawing. The smallest item allows me to endlessly stomp on all the tricky details I usually prefer. I'll say they don't appreciate cheap paper. The difference between the results in a book album and a decent Bristol is huge, but I suppose that's to be expected. And they're never bad no matter how much I save on my sketchbooks. I'm just moving to heavier material and doing more finished pieces than planned, which is good.

Pros
