Type of review

I will preface this that I have so far only used 5 out of the set that I just got so this is only my first impressions. First of all, you get what you pay for. The first one I immediately went to was the black one because I use that the most. The black is really not as dark as I would want. Its more like a dull very dark grey and not pitch black at all. I get much better richness in color and opacity in the Sharpie brand oil based marker. The next one I opened was one that should have been a…

Pros
  • ‎6.06 x 4.84 x 3.7 inches
Cons
  • The ink may transfer to other surfaces if not allowed to dry completely

Love doing art with the kids with them

Love them and love doing projects with the kids with them. I have only one complaint and that's when I opened the package the orange pen had leaked all over its self . It still had paint in it so I tightened the top and tried to use it, but when I put pen to paper to prime it it just flooded out all over my drawing pad and table. But the rest of them work like a dream

Pros
  • Their fine tips allow for precision and accuracy in detailing
Cons
  • The ink may not come out evenly, creating splotches or blobs

Long lasting, great value

I bought these 3 years ago for a Girl Scout project, and have probably used them for over 30 projects. You do have to open them carefully, making sure to only take off the lid, not the upper part of the marker. But after you learn that, these are the best markers! Highly recommended. I want to buy more because they're so awesome, but my current ones still aren't empty.

Pros
  • I truly enjoy these. what a great price and they work perfectly
Cons
  • It may be hard to remove mistakes or errors without damaging the surface

Worked out great, glad I bought!

I spent quite a while researching, reading reviews, etc. for something that would be vibrant, permanent, and last long (possibly outdoors). These pens worked great and there's so many colors to choose from. I made sure to follow the directions, especially the first time around (shake and push air out). Well, my project idea on an old saw I found at the swap meet, it was so nice, my husband doesn't want me to put it outside (lol).Next, I plan to do the same but a large floral design on a couple…

Cons
  • The pens may not work very well on textured surfaces

leaks a lot but great colors

This product was easy to use at first but later on it became very difficult to control. Paint would disperse and leak uncontrollably after pressing down on the pen. The color is not as solid and well as posca paint pen because with these, multiple strokes are required to get its full potential which was really annoying. I liked the price though as it was a great alternative to other paint pens. don’t know if i would reccomend though. My pens lasted a few weeks before it became too much of a…

Pros
  • ‎Medium
Cons
  • The ink may not be as opaque as expected, making it difficult to see on dark surfaces

Maybe I got a bad batch? Maybe I don’t know how to use them correctly? Maybe they aren’t all that great?I count on reviews and they highly influence all my Revain purchases; the reviews were mostly positive and the price was very appealing! However, if I could return these pens I would. :(What caught my eye was "Write on Anything” and "HIGH COVERING”; while they do write on anything (so far) they are NOT high covering. The nib is hard and scrubs off the first layer of paint even with little…

Pros
  • Easy use...dries fairly quick so colors don't bleed
Cons
  • It may be difficult to get an even flow of ink from some pens

Some work great, but if you push down even just a tiny bit it will dump a pool of paint all over, also dont wear nice clothing because just shaking them can throw paint at times, i ruined 2 pairs of pants, and the whole top of one came off for a beautiful yellow sploosh on my carharts. And by beautiful i mean ive had to explain that one on more than one jobsite.other than that lol there, ok.

Pros
  • The pens are easy to use and don't require any special skills or techniques
Cons
  • The ink may not adhere well to surfaces that are dirty or oily

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Worked, but with much effort.

The markers cover great and easily overlap and blend, but it is hard to get the ink out. It either comes out barely or in a huge blob. When shaking the marker always leave the top on because one min. no paint will come out and then it will get everywhere but as soon as you try to use the marker suddenly the nib is dry. Worked for the moment, but won't buy again.

Pros
  • They're perfect for DIY projects and crafting with kids
Cons
  • Some pens may have a scratchy or loud writing sound

Fun, but don't push down too much

We used these to make ornaments for my grandma for Christmas. They dry pretty quickly, which was really helpful. When you first get them ready for use, it's REALLY easy to make a puddle of paint by accident, and that can also occur if you push down too hard during use. The main complaint outside of that is just that they don't always work over top of dry parts that have already been painted. Otherwise, super easy to use and worked especially well for what it was needed for.

Pros
  • AROIC's multi-surface paint pens are a perfect fit for painting rocks
Cons
  • The ink may not be safe for use around pets or children

Nice colors but paint drips

These pens do come in lovely colors. I’ve only used about half of them so far and every single pens leaks. The paint doesn’t flow after being primed, you need to consistently push the tip to rewet it and this often allows the paint to pour out, even with the gentlest press with the nib.

Pros
  • The 48 pack keeps you stocked for months of creative endeavors
Cons
  • The pens may dry out if left in direct sunlight

Easy and good: my feedback

Super easy to use, I only have used the black marker so far. I painted on the rings/zippers (I think they’re some metal not plastic) on a cheap bag I’ve been trying to modify it came out great and glossy, dried quickly, little to no mess. Idk about longevity yet but I have plenty of markers for touch ups if needed.

Pros
  • Pens & Markers
Cons
  • The ink may not dry completely on certain surfaces, such as glossy paper or plastic

Good for Shrinky Dinks

The colors are very nice. Coverage is pretty good, I only used one coat in the photos. I used white posca, so the bumpy white is not from these markers. The only thing I did not care for was the thickness of the tips, which is my fault for not reading into the description.

Pros
  • The pens' non-toxic formula make them safe for all ages to use
Cons
  • The ink may not be safe for use around food or drink items

Good referral best in my review

I bought these as a referral to a project I am doing, i lme and will buy more in the future. Easy to use, clean lines, good coverage. Made my artwork bright and beautiful.

Pros
  • AROIC's paint pens bring a pop of color to any project or art piece
Cons
  • The pens may not be suitable for outdoor use, as the ink may be affected by weather conditions

Love these! in my review

Bought these for my family. we bought these at school for all of our students to use and the students loved using them on wooden Christmas ornaments!

Pros
  • Posters and art work for my job, bring the business up to the future
Cons
  • Some pens may produce a thinner line than others

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good quality good for me

One of the yellow paint pens leaked so bad I had to throw it away but so far the others are working great. I hear it's a common issue for the color yellow to leak.It doesn't give worded instructions on how to use them, just pictures but they are easy enough to figure out.

Pros
  • Free E-Book
Cons
  • The ink may come out too thick, making it difficult to write or draw accurately

Great for metal! in my review

I used these markers to decorate a metal flask and was impressed at the crispness of the color. The markers also did not bleed on the metal.

Pros
  • AROIC's 48 pack offers endless possibilities for creativity
Cons
  • The ink may start to smudge or fade over time

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not as good on metal.

1st off it does not feel like there is much ink in these. 2nd off got these because it sause for use on metal. Yes you can use it on metal but the excess needs to be wiped off within seconds or you're scrubbing hard and getting the rubbing alcohol out.

Pros
  • ‎Blue
Cons
  • The ink may not be very vibrant or bright

Not a great choice for coffee mugs

I used the product on dollar tree white mugs. I let cure. Then placed in a cold oven and set to 250 for 30 minutes. Then turned off and allowed to cool and cute an additional day. They still chipped. I am only hand washing gently. Then pens had plenty of paint and looked fabulous. Just didn’t provide results I hoped for. No fault to the pen company

Pros
  • ‎48PACK
Cons
  • The pens may not work well on surfaces that are too thin or delicate

Revainrating 3 out of 5

they can gush paint, if you're not careful

I bought these to paint rocks after reading so many positive reviews. No one mentioned that - if you press down on the tip - paint gushes onto your project, ruining it and wasting paint. The nubs are thicker than I anticipated as well.

Pros
  • Painting
Cons
  • Some pens may be dried out or unusable due to manufacturing defects

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Love these! on my review.

Love these pens, they do depending on the surface they are on need extra time to dry before you touch it or pick up the whatever you drew on. Other then that, they are great!

Pros
  • AROIC's paint pens provide hours of fun and creativity for everyone
Cons
  • The pens may not be very durable, and may break or malfunction easily
