It has been really easy to install and integrate our own website with Magento platform. And best part about it are their dedicated team members who always try to help regarding any issue which we face while using them as a provider. But i would prefer if they provide some additional services like SEO & Content Marketing services in addition to web design service only, that may prove more beneficial. They have done wonders by just providing us an amazing customized solution. Highly recommended! And you definitely should go through their work once before accepting them as your partner. We've built two separate e commerce websites one was developed completely from scratch so I had nothing to compare but I can't find anything wrong or regretful at all. Its like buying another website under same ownership (not the product itself). The support team are very helpful & friendly - they always go above an beyond to assist you with any query or problem that arises! I have no complaints about our experience using this software so far but if there was something we didn't like? It would be nothing at all (at least not from us). We use Acris in order develop new products/services as well provide technical assistance when required by customers who want help setting up their website via Shopify etc..
