This software is great for survey development

The most helpful thing about this software is that it has a lot of features for creating surveys. You can also customize the questions you want to ask in your survey. I think that the interface could be better. It's difficult to navigate through the different tabs and sections. Also, some of the questions are very general so they're not as useful as more specific questions would have been. We've used this product at my previous job and we had a great experience.   • One feature i like best here was being able create quizzes within polls something else other poll creation apps don't do well enough; though others include polling answers which aren’t really necessary or relevant when asking basic preference statements..it gets old fast if people get bored answering repetitive multiple choice type question types all day long.especially ones requiring 5

Great customer support & constant communication

The Customer Paradigm team has been incredible to work with from day one. They are really invested in our success and are constantly providing us with training and tools that help us improve our business, and keep up with industry changes. With CP you can be confident that your needs will be met. They make it easy for me to quickly figure out who I should talk to when I have questions or problems.   • Good value compared other services like ZenDesk ($10 per user!)
