Great customer support & constant communication

The Customer Paradigm team has been incredible to work with from day one. They are really invested in our success and are constantly providing us with training and tools that help us improve our business, and keep up with industry changes. With CP you can be confident that your needs will be met. They make it easy for me to quickly figure out who I should talk to when I have questions or problems. Their marketing department is fantastic too. It's great to have someone else do most of the heavy lifting for your CRM/DB program since Customer Paradigm handles all the technical aspects of integrating with Salesforce. Sometimes things get lost in translation and we have to go back and forth between them and the development team to ensure everyone is on the same page. We haven't had any major issues so far but it's always worth double checking everything before sending anything over to production. CP provides a great platform for.

  • Great support
  • Very responsive.
  • Easy access through their website where there’s usually an internal contact email if needed
  • Good value compared other services like ZenDesk ($10 per user!)
Cons
  • Can sometimes take more than 1 hour response time (like during peak hours)
  • Documentation could use some improvement
