They are always willing to help make sure that your business is getting the best service that they can provide. The best thing about customer paradigm was that it helped me understand my clients better by providing them insights of what they are looking for in an agency like mine (and how to help). I really enjoyed working there as well! They were very helpful when we needed guidance from time tooo many times or if something seemed off at first glance but turned out great later downthe road - i would say this happened most often than not though :) So far everything has been good so no complaints here!!
