Ease of use. They also have a fantastic customer service team, they are very responsive and you can get a call back the same day or the next business day. The platform is easy to understand and navigate (no hidden fees). I haven't found anything I dislike, however, as I said, the customer service is great, they are always on hand to help and they are always very responsive. I use this platform mostly for term loans and I have found that they have a great mix of lenders, so there is always someone with a flexible enough rate for us to consider.
