I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I feel like other reviewers of this model are being too aggressive with a permanent wireless charging station. I gently place my iPhone upright on the dock and it charges fully and stays on all night and my phone works all day. The AppleWatch charging dock works great (the product description literally says it doesn't come with a charging cable, so why are people complaining, just don't lose your charging cables?), and I have first-gen AirPods and they charge. Nice. If you have 12ProMax, be careful when docking, take your time and don't get angry. It works, I use it every day. Relax yourself! I recommend this, the only downside I would say is how easily it slides across my desk. I just buy double sided tape and it solves my problem so no big deal.
