These wax strips are easy to use and very handy when I don't have time to depilate. They are rigid but flexible and durable. The strips grab the hair very well as well as the skin, in fact it is too much for the sensitive upper lip area. I thought my skin ripped off when I took the strip off. For the upper lip I used two strips. The first strip removed about 75% of the hair and the second removed the rest. The strips do their job well but the skin burns badly afterwards. Soothing oil wipes have a lot of solution inside, but I don't know why there isn't a lot. There are 36 double sided wax strips in the pack but only 4 soothing wipes so I highly recommend purchasing an after wax product to soothe your skin.
