I like how easy it was to set up, as well as integrate with other tools we use (like Hubspot). The customer service team has been great so far! They have helped us solve issues quickly when they arise. We are looking at ways for their product to be more integrated within our CRM system - which would help automate some of these processes. Currently nothing specific comes to mind but if there were an integration between all platforms this could make things easier in terms of automating tasks across multiple teams internally. As mentioned above, being able to pull data from several different sources together makes my job much simpler than having to do everything manually.
