Only received a 2 pack

I ordered the 4 pack of size 3 bottle nipples but only received a 2 pack. Still paid the same amount.The nipples are great, but I've been jipped on how many I should have recieved!

Pros

Baby controls the pace of milk, just like breastfeeding with these nipples

Cons

They may be too difficult to clean, making them a breeding ground for bacteria
