Easy to use, didn't take long for my cat to learn to use it
It is super easy to set-up, and relatively easy to move it around the home if needed. Easy to get at items stored in the containers. My cat only took a few times of being placed on the steps to learn to use them. She's an older cat who loves to sleep on our bed during the day, so it has been really helpful for her.
