So I got my system on May 4th and my system has been running for over a month now. Well, I was having trouble with a camera's color setting and changed the color setting on my camera and when I was done it said "OK" or "Cancel" at the bottom of the screen. I clicked "OK" and everything went on. Say "it needs to be reset to make these changes" so I had the option to "reset" or "undo" so I pressed "reset" and now it doesn't come up at all more back! The DVR turns on but does not appear on the TV screen. It was good while it lasted. There would be no complaints about it if it hadn't happened. EDIT TO ADD: I emailed the company and they were very helpful and sent a replacement DVR. I give 5 stars because generally everything man made breaks and the fact that they can replace it with no problem is amazing!
