Switch is stuck
My only concern is the two on/off buttons on the top of the unit that control 1) power outlets and 2) USB ports. If you don't press them down the middle of the button with consistent force, they'll get stuck mid-stroke. And there are many ways to turn the power on and off. But to pull it off, all it takes is a light touch on the raised side of the button to release it. SO. I'll see how they hold up to abuse from a few kids over time.
