Most of my photo and video lighting arsenal consists primarily of GVM products. They always design some of the most reliable and versatile lighting systems for beginner and mid-budget videographers. There are many professional products out there but of course cost is always an issue but for the money they make products that last and this is no different. While you can use the included power adapters, I can use my aftermarket Sony NP-F series batteries like the NP-F970, which have the highest capacity and work very well for a very long time. Of course it all depends on the brightness and how often you use it. I recently bought their compact square lights and as soon as I saw them I had to have them. I like the smaller square but wanted something smaller so it would fit my vertical desktop really well. The rear support allows you to take a horizontal position and change the angle of inclination. The sturdy desktop stand is made of aluminum and strong steel as a base, so it doesn't look cheap and will hold up great. BRIGHT RGB lighting! At 1/60" for shooting 4K/30 or 1080p/30 it's more than enough at a relatively low ISO; of course this depends on your other key lighting and more, but I set the brightness at around 60% for videos Leave Check I Did.
