The T100 dashboard is short and most holders will not fit on it. This keeps it ahead so it works great. If your dashboard is too smooth and hard plastic it should still hold up as there is a layer of rubber in the clip. If it doesn't, add a silicone pad or other material to hold it in place and you'll be fine. It is open at the bottom for charging. It's nothing special, but way better than anything I've had for the T100. The air vents don't work that well because the events are loose, small, and tucked away in a place where the phone can easily fall off. I don't really like the tether mechanism as it's awkward to squeeze the tabs while holding the phone to put it on and take it off, but I can get used to it.
