The case provides a convenient and convenient carrying option. Fits perfectly! I recommend that you first place your Extreme in a grocery store grade plastic bag. Then place the entire shebang in the enclosure. This makes it very easy to insert the bag and most importantly, you can easily pull out the speaker using the handles of your shopping bag. It also gives you some security if the case happens to get wet and soaked. Yes, I know the Extreme is waterproof, but why let it get wet when you don't need to? The only downside is that there is no space to store the power adapter and cable.
