Don't know - jewelry pliers

Looks pretty good but I'm a beginner and there are no instructions or anything to tell you what each piece is. I gave it a 3 for ease of use just because as a beginner I can keep saying it's terrible but not sure an experienced person would like it. The materials themselves appear to be of average quality, but the wires appear to be thinner than in the photo.
