Product arrived well packaged. The installation instructions were easy. The installation process required some tact as the screen protector itself is smaller than the actual screen. I'm semi-compulsive, so I wanted the boundaries to be the same everywhere. It took a few tries to get everything lined up correctly, but now that it's installed I've had no problems. I don't foresee a high chance of an impact (I like a phone that can be dropped), but I do like the added protection. Touch sensitivity remains the same as without a screen
