Extremely disappointed with this product and cannot recommend it to anyone. When I first got it it was extremely difficult for the floor to hold the suction on my mirror even though I followed the directions. I then had a hard time fitting it to my dash despite following the instructions. I had to insanely stick the suction end to the adhesive on the dashboard to keep the holder from falling off while driving. Finally, when I had to adjust the phone several times before falling, the adjustments became very tight and eventually wouldn't retract. Now I have a broken article and I'm telling all my moms (I blog and have an active community group) about this ridiculous article.
