The material used appears to be well made. Holds my phone in place for hands-free use, which is important when driving. You press a button on the back and it pops open to accommodate your phone and you press it lightly to hold the phone in place.

The phone doesn't hold up very well, often falls off while driving I have to stop picking up the phone and putting it back in its place, that happens a lot, otherwise the rest of the Product is just perfect, everything stays on my dashboard, doesn't fall off.

Great product! Easy to install, there is even an extra adhesive plate so you can choose any place in your car. My wife and I have 2 different phones and it fits them all with no problems. Will order another one for our second car. So yes, I recommend it!

I love this car phone mount. I tried others and all failed after a month. This passed the test. It holds my iPhone 8, easy access to the charging port in the dock, and holds my boyfriend's iPhone 6s when he's driving. There are two attachment points, making adjustment easy and reliable.

I've been using Bestrix for about a week now and I love it. It's very stable even on my curved dashboard and works with a range of different sized phones (the owner of a small phone is here, that's nice). I also like how it's designed so you can adjust the phone's position in many directions. This gave me the ability to place it somewhere I can still see my phone, but it doesn't block my view of the road. All in all excellent value for money

This base station is very flexible in terms of mounting options. I used the windshield option on both of my cars as I don't have a flat surface on either car to try the 3M adhesive plate mount. So far the windshield option has worked well for me in both cars. The suction cup is solid and the adjustment knobs offer plenty of position adjustments! They have a button that expands the side brackets when the phone is removed, easily accessible. Thought it was pretty good value.

Setup is not intuitive, instructions must be read. It's easy once you read that you need to lock the suction in place. The supplied adhesive does not hold. I have command strips to keep it in place as far as it works, but I still want something stronger as it seems unstable when you pull the cradle off the base as hard as I did. Phone holder falls off while driving, God forbid you've fallen into a big hole! The suction cup works well but where the phone is attached to it needs an upgrade! It's not easy to align it backwards while driving! Where it compresses your phone, they don't even compress properly. I have to manually disconnect it to get the phone out or in! Extremely disappointed with this product and cannot recommend it to anyone. When I first got it it was extremely difficult for the floor to hold the suction on my mirror even though I followed the directions. I then had a hard time fitting it to my dash despite following the instructions.
