Phone holder falls off while driving, God forbid you've fallen into a big hole! The suction cup works well but where the phone is attached to it needs an upgrade! It's not easy to align it backwards while driving! Where it compresses your phone, they don't even compress properly. I have to manually disconnect it to get the phone out or in! The little unlock button behind it doesn't work and only worked the first time I took out my phone! If it is not properly aligned in the stand, you will not be able to charge your phone! In fact, handling the mount is more of a headache than just putting the phone on your lap! Waste of money if you ask me!
