Works seamlessly with an old Pioneer receiver
I bought this after reading a comment that any Pioneer AVR remote would work with any Pioneer receiver. I have a VSX-D1S, I got it without a remote control. The "right" replacement remote cost about $120 when they were still available. I've risked it, put batteries in and it works great for what I really need - power, volume and maybe a few other features from time to time. It would be nice if possible to have documentation on how to program the buttons to work with the TV. At $8 and not having that remote, it doesn't matter if you don't.
