The team are very responsive and can be emailed in good time with any questions you may have. I would like to see more support staff at all times but they do go above and beyond! We were looking for something which offered an excellent service without breaking the bank so we picked them up as part of our initial enquiries before deciding what was best suited for us. They offer great value compared to other website builders/hosting companies out there, making it less stressful decision than many others options. I like the fact that it is a fully managed platform. It has a very easy to use interface and is very user friendly. I also like the fact that it has a low monthly fee. I dislike the fact that you can't use it for free. I also dislike that you cannot use a domain name that you already own. I think it is a great platform for small businesses. I use it for my blog. I have been able to get my blog up and running quickly. I have also been able to get a lot of traffic to it.
