Superb platform providing detailed insights

There is nothing that I dislike about Carma. It's everything! When it comes to analytics we track every single thing - posts, comments, shares etc., but this gives us many alerts that are useless or don't apply at all for our specific blog post. We can only choose one alert per day (for example if there was an unusual spike in traffic), so they might not come fast enough as well. Analytics is hard work with tons of different tabs showing you various data points throughout your campaign. Having someone just looking over my shoulder while I'm checking results would be useful- however we're still working out how we want carma to operate long term and what their role will be. They could provide more support during implementation stage than they do now which makes things confusing sometimes since it isn't really clear from website exactly where to click next/etc.. But I think the benefits far outweigh them taking time off during initial training. Getting visibility into metrics like likes vs dislikes for ads across channels has been invaluable when deciding adspend going forward.- especially seeing trends between Facebook pages within campaigns or even across platforms for comparison purposes. The ability to search specific keywords for multiple platforms such as twitter, Instagram etc. It is easy to set up alerts when you are not around your computer but want to keep an eye out for mentions of certain topics or brand names. We use it to monitor our clients' accounts so we can provide them with feedback on what their followers like/dislike about different products they offer.

Pros
  • It's also great to be able to share the platform with other people in the company
Cons
  • It can also be slow to load and sometimes I can't access certain features when I need it
