Useful for its purpose especially to put me in a thinking state
I was keen to buy something that would help me prepare for having a baby especially when I might go into overthinking mode. what if this, what if that. The massage was a way to remind myself every day that the baby would come out of my birth canal. It happens. My husband stretched as I was unable to reach him, which also provided an opportunity to talk about our problems. Finally, after much deliberation, I had an episiotomy because my child had shoulder dystocia. However, I would buy another massage for child #2.
