Terrible HORRIBLE terrible! Bought to complement my new smart TV in my bedroom. I connected it according to the instructions and started making this horrible feedback noise when I connected the optical cable. I fixed all sorts of bugs including connecting to other audio cables. The audio cables work well but limit what the product can do which is why I bought it in the first place. Optical sound is better and works with most of my modern electronics. Needless to say, even after all my efforts, I had a more tech-savvy friend look at it to make sure I was setting it up correctly. I contacted the seller several times but there were no responses to my requests for help. Revain and its sales reps are very easy going about the way they do business, especially with Prime members. We pay too much for this kind of treatment. DEAR SELLER. Please consider this terrible review as an attempt to contact you one last time to resolve the issue. At this point my review may change for the better. I just hate that I have to resort to it to get your attention. PLEASE HELP!
