Review on BELK MacBook Pro 16 Protector by Troy Larson

I bought this to protect my new 16" MacBook Pro. The price is great, and the added screen protection and keyboard cover are nice bonuses. Here are my comments on the version I chose (pattern "river"). Pros 1. It arrived very quickly. In just a few days. 2. A microfiber cloth is included in the screen cleaning kit if you want to apply a screen protector. 3. All parts fit once you determine which direction they go and where the attachment points are 4. Fit is secure and should protect from scratches Cons 1. No instructions on which side to mount the shell. this is fairly obvious. The cutout edge should be on the front of the keyboard. Press firmly around the entire perimeter. It's not reliable unless you hear it clicking in multiple places. ).The 3 tab piece shown should be installed next to the keyboard hinge. The corners with slight protrusions should be at the top of the screen (with the lid open) or closest to the user when the keyboard is in the normal position. Press around the edges to fit it properly.3. This pattern is not shiny. It's nice, but it looks like metal in the product photo. The drawing is not metallic. I still like it but just understand what you get. Other thoughts are my cables etc. Everything fits and the lid feels secure with normal use. Overall I'm very happy with it.
