Well I haven't had a baby yet but I already love this material and I believe it will help a lot in healing. Not sure why, but I ended up with a terrible irritation and decided to try a peri bottle and some water. The rash/irritation went away within two days so I definitely think it will help after the birth. In fact, I ordered two more bottles as it helped solve other issues.
