A snap buttonhole with pompom deforms

Mine arrived in the bag with the bobbles removed. One latched normally, the other didn't latch at all, the bolt hole was crooked. We were going on a trip which I ordered a hat for so I sewed pom poms onto the hat so I didn't have to return it. It was also well made, not cheap, fit well and was warm. Cute as can be, but if you're ordering a note for yourself you may need to sew on the pompoms to keep them secure. I find it funny not to wear a hat without pom poms, because in that case there should be silver buttons on the head.
