It's easy to use, it has many different categories which makes suggestions easier for management to get through their day at work. The price isn't cheap but I have no complaints with this program as of now. There could be some new features added or perhaps more options in terms of themes etc., maybe you need extra time after launching your product/service before adding any further functionality? You may want to try using other programs first so that if there are problems then they can easily switch over to another one once launched! We used this platform when we were looking into starting our own business. Our customer base was growing and we needed something where customers would feel comfortable giving us ideas without fear about being seen by others within the organization (or worse still - managers). This helped greatly because people weren't afraid to share ideas openly.
