It's easy to use, it has many different categories which makes suggestions easier for management to get through their day at work. The price isn't cheap but I have no complaints with this program as of now. There could be some new features added or perhaps more options in terms of themes etc., maybe you need extra time after launching your product/service before adding any further functionality? I love how easy it was to use, even if you are not techy at all! The fact that we can add pictures makes this service so unique compared with some other sites like Survey Monkey or others which only allow text responses without pics.
