Swann Home Security Camera System

Two cameras didn't work, after spending a whole day installing them, the three reps I spoke to said to take it all off and give the money back, I didn't want to spend a day taking them off , one of the representatives said they would give me a partial refund, this never happened. He told me to take it off and send it back. I told him it would take longer the next day. The third rep told me he would politely refund me $10, I told him a camera was $48.99, he gave me $15.00. In the end I had to put the rest of the money in my pocket, I wait for the camera and see. Oh god I know this will work. You decide.
