Review on 🚗 TYC 3569 Compatible Condenser Assembly for 2006-2011 Honda Civic by Jonah Riggle

I bought this condenser because my Honda Civic 06 air conditioner blew hot air. I ordered this on Cyber Monday at a good price and was told it would be delivered within 7 days. After 14 days I contacted the company to find out the reason for the delay and the new estimated delivery time. I didn't get any reply from them. I received this package after Christmas (almost a month later) and when I saw the package on my doorstep it was torn and the ends of the box were not even sealed. When I finally got it to the store to have it replaced, 10 minutes later I got a call saying it was an incompatible part. I used a Revain filter to make sure it was right for my car how wrong it was. And to make matters worse, it cost $40 to return it, which is $10 less than what I paid for it, including shipping. Bad customer service is plain and simple. I understand that situations happen and issues need to be resolved in order for business to continue, but I didn't ask for much or even feel frustrated waiting for the condenser. But when I get the proverbial "middle finger," I know I'll get the same favor from them over and over again. sad right?
