Update: I received a new device courtesy of the company. . However, the jiggling still makes my hair smelly and the grip feels loose when I pick it up, but the only reason I gave 3 stars is because they have AMAZING customer service! I'm sure some people like it but I don't. Okay I've had this shaker for 6 months now and it broke, not only did it break the split handle where the seam is and then it wouldn't turn on. I had another brand that lasted 4 years so I know 6 months is not good. This new one made my hair smell like a perm which if you don't know what it smells like burnt hair, FYI it was the exact same temp as my previous one which works. I apply hair product to protect it from those who say I did it wrong. It did not work. My family are all cosmologists so they suggested lowering the temperature, which I did as it still smells and takes a lot longer to finish. Of course. .I wouldn't buy this. I never write reviews like this but I thought you all should know.
