I have used the Sunco 4 inch alcove, 6 inch alcove and these disc lights on a number of jobs over the past few years. But this year I built a big house that needed about 115 lightbulbs. I chose Sunco based on positive past experiences, but I would say it was a terrible mistake. The lamp design is bad. The mounting holes only really fit the old rear boxes and they will burn out quickly (4-8 weeks) and break the entire circuit if they are on the NEC required AFCI/GFCI BREAKER. Therefore, to find the faulty one, you need to disconnect all the lamps in the circuit one by one. As a result, I had to buy different lamps for work.
