Works as expected. There is no photo underneath, but there is a wheel underneath. This lazy susan type wheel allows you to spin it. One of the elastics was twisted, but that's easy enough not to affect it. I bought for my wife, there were 100 flowers in the box. She said it was a waste to have this display and almost like a nail salon. She soon took a liking to it and I'm happy about the smaller mess. It was the only product of its kind on the market and it was perfect for my needs. Everything else hung on the walls or looked more like a display. I liked this model for its functionality.
