Quality switch, very smooth action. The switch has an all-polycarbonate construction and the case is very sealed. There is virtually no shaft wobble, and so in that sense they are very comfortable to type on. The factory lube is probably the best I've seen, although it can border on over-lubrication. Of my 70 derailleurs, 3 were over-lubed to the point where the derailleur was sluggish and the stem would not return to the up position without help; So be sure to order a few more than you need for your build. Very smooth, decent sound signature (definitely crisp, borders clicky rather than harsh) and very good construction.
