I really like that this is an easy way to get started with customer feedback surveys, without having much of any technical knowledge required! It's also super helpful if you're not familiar at all how websites work in general for setting up pages/pages etc (like me!). The survey questions are pretty straight forward so it doesn't take too long once they've been set-up properly; however there isn’t anything else about their platform itself which could be improved upon - maybe more options when creating new questionnaires? As mentioned above though we were able use them as templates but weren'r given many other choices apart form "new". We didn" have time initially due do our hectic schedule during launch season last year & couldn'" t spend enough man power getting everything setup correctly before launching into early access programing phase where everyone was busy working full steam ahead towards.
