Great product. Our son will not take any other pacifier than this one. He has had an Avent nipple since he was 3 weeks old and has since saved his life (he is now 9 months old). For those wondering if they should upgrade to a 3 month old or older, yes you definitely should. If your baby is over 3 months, it's time to have 3+ because the round part of 0-3 months is very flexible. I would be afraid to give it to my child as it is easy to put it in the mouth whole. 3+ is much harder and safer. The transition to it was easy. He really didn't know the difference.
