NO CONTACT WITH SELLER PRIOR TO PURCHASE ***** These are great for organizing your luggage but if you're looking for real compression then look elsewhere. I just want them to organize/group my clothes to make a living. Suitcase bearable for a week. I HATE digging through my big ol' suitcase for that elusive bikini lining. (HOW are they sticking out of that little hole?) So, in the main photo, they are upright. I don't know how they did it. It must have been some kind of "magic" because it's a lightweight parachute-like fabric with no piping around the edges. They lack the rigidity to stand up on their own. The easiest way to pack them is to open the "cube" 1/2 and put things inside as if it were a bag. Because these are lightweight fabrics, they MUST have a slight zipper. I bought two sets, tried all the zippers, there were no problems. BUT. I don't expect to overload them and put them under undue stress. I posted a whopping $9 on it! All of the seams on my kits appear to be fully sewn with no frayed or unbuttoned seams. One thing I ABSOLUTELY love (which a lot of people WON'T, and why I gave what I did that title) is the text portion of these points. First, there are "SECRET BAGS". which oddly is written upside down on all the pouches in both of my sets. Maybe it should be some kind of code? I do not know. However, looking at the "cubes" themselves, it's clear that the manufacturer *strongly* endorses their use when travelling. Each "cube" has a flexible plastic rectangle sewn into the center of the mesh front. In bulging letters under a cute little airplane it reads: "TRAVEL SEASON TRAVEL. Traveling with Travel Season is always an immersion in a different and new world. to a different and new world", but I can't wait to take a trip with my Travel Season travel dice. Because travel. So yes. they are not Travelon, but they are quite suitable for my needs. And if you're easy to talk to, like me, they're a little entertaining too.
