The product worked well, just not as well as I had imagined. I had to use multiple nozzles to point down to get good suction. Another thing I didn't think about was that I had to use two hands to operate the vacuum cleaner; one hand on the handle and the other on the end of the jets. This meant that if I needed to brace myself to get to an awkward spot, I had to lower the vacuum to keep it from sliding off the seat, etc. Even though I wanted to raise the mats to get under the edges, I had to lower the vacuum cleaner and bend it down with your knee against the seat.
